According to Karl Ravech BASEBALL IS BACK! Today Tuesday 6/23 both the MLB and MLB agreed to deal for 60 games starting between 7/24-7/26. “Spring Training” 2.0 will start July 1st.
This is so exciting! To finally see that baseball, my favorite sport, is back! People will finally be able to watch to watch baseball again soon!

While the regular injured list will be for 10 days in 2020, MLB is expected to institute a special COVID-19-related injured list for players who test positive, have confirmed exposure or are exhibiting symptoms. Players would not have a specific number of days to spend on it.

So that last tweet just means that players will be given how ever long they want to get better if they get COVID.
