Accident Takes Two MLB Players Lives
News broke today that current Angles corner infielder Louis Valbuena and former Major Leaguer Jose Castillo have passed away from a tragic car accident. Valbuena, 31, and Castillo, 37 were together playing for a Winter team in Venezuela.
Valbuena was released by the Angels in August and was in search of a new team for the 2019 season. Valbuena was know around the league as one of the most likable players in the league. While Castillo last appeared in the MLB back in 2008 while playing with the Astros.
This news has shocked the baseball world again as former teammates and teams are posting their condolences on social media. It is a very sad day for baseball and baseball fans across the nation.
