Dwight Howard Has A Great Future With The Celtics

After negotiating a buy out with the Nets, Dwight Howard will be a free agent starting July 1st. You may not know, but Howard quietly posted 16 points and 12 rebounds per game last season. He would also be a major upgrade from Baynes and Monroe. If the C’s can land  Dwight Howard, I think that guarantees them a trip to the Finals. I’ll even be bold enough to say that the Celtics would take down the Warriors with a healthy Dwight Howard.

I don’t want to hear crap from Celtics fans about the Center we just drafted either. Robert Williams won’t sniff the court this NBA season. I would take a proven Dwight Howard that is ready to win any day of the week.

“I want to be in a situation where I have an opportunity to help a team win,” Howard told ESPN’s Chris Haynes. “That’s my only goal. All I need is a real chance and a clean slate where it’s not people talking about my past.”

Just reading about how Howard is ready and committed to winning is getting me excited. The future would be bright for Howard in Boston.
